The paint was reviewed last in 2018 when the HOA set up an account with Sherwin Williams. Any member of the Woodridge Community can receive a discount for paint they buy there if you tell them that it is through the Woodridge HOA account. It’s supposed to be a pretty nice discount. While there, you can also look at the pre-approved colors. If you are repainting the same colors, you do not need approval from the PIC. If you will be using different colors, please email admin@myhoa-online.com and we will send you a form to fill out.

UPDATE: Sherwin WIlliams no longer has the color binder, so the HOA is reviewing colors on a case-by-case basis. Colors are not automatically approved just because other houses have used it in the past, so please do an ACC/PIC request to get started.
