Riverpointe Homeowners Association Annual Election Meeting Notes (Town Hall due to lack of quorum) March 27, 2023 - 7PM via WebEx
1) Call Meeting to Order 706 pm (Felicity)
2) Attendance and verification of quorum - no quorum, Felicity, Lionel and Criss present for baord, The Holle's and Veronica Quinonez, owners present. Eydie present for mgt.
3) Reading/Approval of Minutes waived, quorum not met
4) Reports of Officers: President, Vice President, and Treasurer
- Review of MyHOA-online.com LLC Month-End Financials Packages/Invoice Billings
- Status of Accounts - Operating/Reserves
5) HOA Manager’s Report (Eydie, MyHOA-Online.com LLC)
6) Old Business
- Landscaping issues--drainage and property improvement plans for 2023 discussed.
7) New Business
- Nomination and election for expired and expiring board terms could not be held due to lack of quorum. NOTE: Criss was not planning to stay but decided to do so in the board meeting that followed. Lionel has one more year on his existing term and Felicity was willing to stay on. Veronica said she thought the board needed some new blood and she was willing to volunteer, she was invited to stay for the following board meeting to discuss possible appointment.
