Discussed Current Issues to update new board President
Next step for new renters is to have legal review rules/regulations and CCR’s
Collection case being sent to legal tomorrow
Parking notice sent today to one lot
Voted to proceed in case going to collections
Vote passed unanimously
Discussed the following:
Changes to CCR’s regarding grass strips
Legal review of parking issues.
