Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

2019-2100 Hours

1. Members Present: Frank Bannister, Paul Drumheller. Paul Cooper, Jeong Lee. Miriam Daud, Christopher Martin plus our Management Company Official Eydie.

2. First Order of Business: A vote was conducted, and Jeong Lee was elected President, Paul Drumheller-Vice President, Paul Cooper elected as treasurer. Chris Martin is now Executive Vice President for compliance and Miriam Daud remained on the ACC. Frank Bannister was reappointed by the board as Secretary for the next year.

3. Approval of prior meeting minutes from March 2023 and Dec 2022 were unanimously approved.
   
   The board also reviewed votes taken between meetings from 8 March 2023 to 13 December 23 and ratified them for entry into these minutes:

4. Proposed Changes to HOA Rules: The board is going to take one more review before publishing and giving homeowners 30 days to review and comment.

5. Leadership Transition: Tom will work with Paul Cooper on a transition plan to include taking Tom off the bank accounts and adding Paul C (by unanimous vote) on all bank/investment accounts.

6. Next Board Meeting: Jeong Lee will schedule the next Board Meeting during the second or third week of May, exact date to be determined.

7. Adjournment: Executive Board Meeting was adjourned at 2055 hours.
