Vintage Hills Division V Homeowners' Association Minutes for Annual Meeting on November 2, 2023
1) Call Meeting to Order 6:02PM (Eydie in Lieu of Matt Rivera, President)

- Homeowners Present: The Shouls, Joyce Trickak, Sophal Vann
- Guests Present: none
- Validate quorum (10%) = 2 (quorum made, 4 lots present in person or by proxy--1 proxy from Matt Rivera)
3) Reading/Approval of Minutes
- Jan 10, 2023 Minutes read and ratified (owner section only as there was no board quorum) Motioned, seconded and passed unanimously by Dom (M) and the Shouls (S)
4) Reports of HOA Manager and Officers
- Report of the HOA Manager: review of MyHOA-online.com LLC month-end financials invoice billings etc.
- Status of Accounts - Operating and Reserves
- President's Report
5) Old Business
- Mailbox enclosure(s) project to remove or replace second one (city right of way permits etc. vs. removal of shelter and install new cluster box)
- 2023 projects:
- Painting of curb by mailbox - owner volunteer from Berkshire Crest
6) New Business
- Election for two 2-yr terms currently held by Scott and Dominic that end Nov 2023 - MSP by Shouls, Dom and unanimous
- Discussion and ratification of Board-approved 2024 annual budget - MSP by Dom, Shouls and unanimous, also passed per RCW with less than 51% rejecting it
7) Next BOD Meeting:
- Immediately following annual meeting
