- Rukes updates-no changes determined at this time.
7) New Business
- Nomination and election for board positions--All board members agreed to stay on another year. Megan agreed to remain President, Jared will be Treasurer and Sarah will be Secretary. Board voted unanimously.

Immediately following next annual meeting unless one is called out of necessity sooner.
