Annual Meeting Minutes-Town Hall
December 13, 2021
1) Call Meeting to Order 7:06 pm (Megan)
2) Attendance and verification of quorum (7 required)
No quorum, present were Board: Megan Anderson; Owners: Jared Allen and Sarah and DJ Erdman; Management: Eydie Leighty
Only one proxy was received.
3) Reading/Approval of Minutes from December 2020 annual meeting waived, no quorum present
4) Reports of Officers: President, Vice President, and Treasurer
- Review of MyHOA Month-End Financials Packages/Invoice Billings
- Status of Accounts - Operating/Reserves
5) Property Manager’s Report (Eydie from MyHOA-Online.com LLC)
See new and old business
6) Old Business
- Entrance Monument project completed
- Barking landscape areas and adding play chips completed
- Graffiti removal completed twice
- Storm damage, tree down in park removed
- Knutson 17 and Alicia North developments are underway
7) New Business
- Discussion of and vote to ratify board approved annual budget--automatically ratified per RCW, no quorum
- Nomination and election for board positions could not be held, board to appoint after this meeting during board meeting. Sarah and Jared both expressed willingness to serve.
- Other new business
- Dead trees/Landscaping--arborist inspected all trees, no more need removal, owner removed perimeter tree and arborist removed fallen park tree.
