- 2021 projects completed
- Reserve study
- Audit/review waived
- Bark and play chips turned
- Irrigation added under the sidewalk at flanked strips in front
- Master valve added to bypass major leak problem

- Mow strip standards published
- Update paint standards regarding 2nd body color option
