The annual owners meeting of the Lexington Subdivision HOA is scheduled for Monday, December 16, 2024, at 6:30 PM. We will be holding the meeting via Webex; the meeting information is below.
During the meeting, board elections will be held for all vacant or expired positions. The 2025 budget will be presented for owner ratification, and a vote will be taken on whether to waive the 2024 audit. Additionally, our Community Association Managers, along with the board, will preside over an open forum for homeowners to ask questions.
It is important for every homeowner to try to attend this meeting but if you can't attend, please return your enclosed proxy, indicating who you would like to authorize to cast your votes on your behalf. Either email or mail the proxy back, prior to the start of the meeting. Proxies must be submitted prior to the start of the planned meeting time for validation by the Secretary. 4 votes in person or by proxy are required to be able to vote on any business matters.
