ARTICLE VII: WAIVER OF NOTICE
Whenever any notice is required to be given to any member or director of the corporation under the provisions of these Bylaws, the Articies of Incorporation or law, a waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of notice.
ARTICLE VIII: AMENDMENTS
Except for Section 2 and 3 of Article IV which may only be amended with the unanimous consent of all of the memberships entitled to vote, these Bylaws may be altered, amended, or repealed and new bylaws may be adopted by the affirmative vote of a majority of the board of directors at a meeting called for that purpose.
The foregoing was adopted as the Bylaws of Vintage Hills Homeowners Association at the first meeting of directors held on September 18, 1997
