ARTICLE I. OFFICES
This corporation shall have such offices as the board of directors may designate or its business may require from time to time.

ARTICLE II. NUMBER OF DIRECTORS
The initial number of directors of this corporation shall be three. The number of directors is otherwise subject to change as provided in Section 2 of Article IV
