Section 1. Open Space. Tracts A, B and C shall not be used for any other purpose than for open space, for a lake and for recreational use by the owners and residents of Lots. No improvement which shall be inconsistent with recreational use shall be made to any of Tracts A, B or C, and no business or commercial activity shall be conducted from or on any of Tracts A, B or C. The Community Organization shall maintain all improvements and landscaping which may be made to such Tracts. After the initial improvements are made to Tracts A, B and C, no landscaping on those Tracts shall be removed or altered and no building or structure shall be placed on those Tracts without the prior permission of King County Building Land and Development.
