Members shall be entitled to one vote for each Lot owned No more than one vote be cast with respect to any Lot The voting rights of any Member may be suspended as provided in the
Declaration, or the Articles or Bylaws of the Association. Members' votes may be solicited and tabulated by mail or facsimile.
