Section 1. Declarant hereby transfers, conveys and grants title to all of the Common Areas of the Properties to the Association as each final plat map for a division of Foxwood is recorded for the common use and enjoyment of the Association and the Owners in accord with the terms and conditions of this Declaration reserving, however, to the Declarant for the benefit of Declarant, his successors and assigns, those certain rights of use, ingress, egress, occupation and control indicated elsewhere in this Declaration for the duration of the development period, at which time this reservation shall cease and then be of no further force and effect.
