An Over who mortgages his Lot shall notify the Association through the Managing Agent, if any, or the president of the Board, giving the name and address of his Mortgagee. The Association shall maintain such information in a book or list entitled "Mortgagees of Lots".

 

The Association shall at the request of a Mortgagee of a Lot report any unpaid assessments due from the Owner of such Lot.
