These Bylaws may be altered, amended or repealed and new bylaws may be adopted by the affirmative vote of a majority of the membership. No amendment may remove, revoke, or modify any right or privilege of Declarant without the written consent of Declarant or the assignee of such right or privilege.

 

The foregoing was adopted as the Bylaws of the Westview Meadow Community Organization at the first annual meeting of the membership on July 25, 2016.
