SECTION 1. "Association" shall mean ALICIA GLENN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION its successors and assigns.

 

SECTION 2. "Declaration" shall mean and refer to that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Reservation of Easements for the Plat of Alicia Glenn and any Subsequent Divisions, recorded under King County Auditor's File Number 20150130000391, State of Washington.

 

SECTION 3. "Members" shall mean the owners of the Lots.

 

SECTION 4: Other capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Declaration.
