2.1 Except as otherwise specified herein, the definition of any word used in these Bylaws shall be the same as such term is defined in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded with the County Recorder's Office in connection with the Property more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto.

 

2.2 "Member" shall mean and refer to those persons entitled to membership as provided in the Declaration and the Articles of Incorporation.
