The membership of the Association shall consist of one class of Members, being any individual who is the owner of a residential lot within the KINGSLEY GLEN plat filed with the King County Auditor under Auditor’s recording no. 20031103000898.  At any meeting of the membership of the corporation each member so present shall be entitled to one vote.
